- Seasonal, part-time during tax season (January–April)
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Typical hours: Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM
- Prepare accurate federal and state income tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
- Conduct client interviews to gather tax and financial information.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and explain return results clearly.
- Maintain organized, secure, and accurate client records.
- Stay current on changing tax regulations through ongoing training.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during peak season.
- Support marketing and client retention efforts.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Experience using tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Must have PTIN (or be eligible to obtain one).
- Prior experience in tax preparation preferred.
